Nasha Dutta

I am a third year journalism student at Toronto Metropolitan University with a deep fascination with recording absolutely everything — and the patterns that reveal themselves through doing so. As regards my investigative work, I am led by the democratic commitment to the freedom of information that journalism is meant to provide. Prior to studying in Toronto, I spent time in Manchester working with fellow journalists to write and produce a youth-led zine. We produced stories ranging from investigative reports and op-eds to features on local artists. These days I combine my illustrative and photography background with digital reporting and radio.
